Bruce Lampert, Co-Founder, CEO
Bruce is a well-seasoned professional with over 25 years of building strategic relationships with world class market leaders. Bruce was the former Senior Vice President of Business Development for Evergent responsible for forging partnership and OEM agreements with Cisco, Arris, IBM, Google, and Ericsson. Building one of the world’s fastest growing cloud subscriber management systems @350%+ growth last year. Prior he was the Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Business Development at Ericsson, responsible for developing strategic partnerships and direction for the TV and Media division a $1B business unit. His expertise in creating strategic partnerships has provided major contributions to the growth and success of several start-ups (United Technical Products– acquired by Fidelity Capital, GoldPocket Interactive acquired by Tandberg Television, MicroOptical’s Military Division acquired by Raytheon and Azuki Systems acquired by Ericsson). Bruce has an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester.
Dennis Werger , Co-Founder , COO
Dennis has over 30 years of very diversified experience in the medical device industry. He started his career with KPMG and then developed a 23 year career with CR Bard as VP of Finance, Plant Manager, and VP of Marketing. Dennis was also a VP and General Manager for the GI division of Conmed Corporation and the COO of 2 successful start-ups where he worked closely with the scientific inventors to refine their designs for market acceptance and then identified manufacturing partners and coordinated all supply chain activities. Dennis has significant experience with the regulatory process for new devices and manufacturing requirements for the FDA and ISO. Dennis has a BS in Accounting with a minor in Biology/Chemistry from Mt St Mary’s University and a MBA from the University of Phoenix in Denver with a concentration in marketing.
David Marsh, Co-Founder, CRO
David has over 30 years of medical sales and management experience, with particular focus in the disposable device industry. He has headed sales and marketing organizations for some of the most recognizable medical companies: Covidien (Medtronic), CR Bard, B/Braun and Ortho (J&J). David is an expert in the wound closure and endoscopy markets, having headed the alternate site and OEM sales and marketing team for Covidien and global sales for Bard Endoscopic Technologies. He also sits on the board of SutureCenter, an online suture and wound closure buying group. He has developed sales teams globally, with proven results in developing partnerships with direct sales forces. David has a B.A from the University of Rochester.
Sherrie Coval-Goldsmith, Chief Regulatory Officer
Sherrie brings over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry
providing strategic guidance and tactical support for large and small medical
device companies including senior level positions at CR Bard, Stryker, Nitinol
Medical Technologies, Neothermia Corporation, GI Dynamics and CSA
Medical. She possesses global Regulatory, Clinical and Quality expertise with
Class II and III devices.
During her tenure at these positions, she successfully brought numerous
Cardiovascular, GI, and Oncology products from concept, into clinical trials
and through to commercialization.
Sherrie earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Clark University and a
Master’s of Science degree from Tufts University.
